Thatch Cay is strategically located in the heart of the US Virgin Islands， just 0.5 miles off the northeast coast of Saint Thomas Island. It is easily accessible， with a drive of less than 30 minutes from the modern international airport of Saint Thomas to the port， followed by a 5-minute boat ride or a convenient helicopter transfer to reach this paradise.

The island boasts diverse natural landscapes， including thatched beaches， coral reefs， seagrass beds， and a rich variety of tropical fish. On the beaches， one can often witness the playful activities of dolphins， sea turtles， humpback whales， and seabirds， along with seasonal migrations of various wildlife.

Thatch Cay尚未开发，但基于岛屿情况及现存时期，长沙服装店神秘顾客基础标准开采并不难。该岛永别的住宅开发区共三个地块：西部57英亩，海拔170英尺；中部57英亩，海拔300英尺；东部115英亩（包括船埠场所的Eva Point地区），海拔500英尺。

Each plot allows for the construction of up to 6 residences， comprising a main house and a guesthouse. The island offers four development scenarios， including residential， resorts， and mixed-use plans. Each plan incorporates a helipad and 8 docks capable of accommodating vessels up to 40 feet in length. The island also features recreational beaches and hiking trails， with approximately 25 acres dedicated to conservation.

The residential development on the island is divided into three plots: the Western parcel of 57 acres， with an elevation of 170 feet; the Central parcel of 57 acres， with an elevation of 300 feet; and the Eastern parcel of 115 acres (including the Eva Point area where the port is located)， with an elevation of 500 feet.
